In developing Stratford House, the Danville Regional Health System set out to blend the best of new and old by renovating the former Stratford College Campus into Danville's finest full-service senior living community. They recognized the need for a quality residential setting where Danville-area seniors could spend less time performing day-to-day chores, remain a vital part of the community they helped build, and depend on Danville Regional Health System to deliver quality healthcare should the need ever arise.
Danville Regional Health System wanted an array of services offered, from security to maintenance to tastefully prepared meals and more. They wanted to ensure that residents could enjoy life with dignity, independence and peace of mind. Most of all, they wanted residents to be able to make the choices that control their own future. In short, they wanted to create a new definition of what a senior living community could be. This vision serves to guide us in our daily operation here at Stratford House.
